Tibus IV is the planet where Melville and Megan Cummings were to rendezvous after she completed the destruction of the Lincoln station Black Ops lab. Megan was supposed to come to Tibus IV and become Mellville's First Officer. She never showed up, however, having faked her death at Lincoln and then undergoing physical and mental alterations to become Margaux Roget.
